Fursa Fellows
Tanzania's Future Leaders
Our Impact
Every year we recruit and select 10 Fursa Fellows for one month-long leadership camp held in December and January of each year. These fellows are recent high school graduates (who have finished Form Four) and show great potential and drive to become leaders in their communities. We prioritize selection of youth coming from vulnerable and/or marginalized communities. To date, we've trained 30 young women and girls to actualize their potential and achieve their dreams! Once they have graduated from our camp, we continue to fund an innovative project and their education including Form 5 or college. All graduates are currently in need of sponsors for their education.
